Terms of Service

Article 1 (Members)

  1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures established by our company and after agreeing to these Terms.

  3. These Terms apply to all members and must be observed both during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

Special characters, variant kanji, or roman numerals cannot be used in member information registration. If such characters are entered, our company will make the necessary corrections.
  3. Password Management
    1. Passwords are for the member's exclusive use and may not be transferred or lent to third parties.
    2. Members are responsible for managing their passwords carefully, including changing them periodically to prevent others from learning them.
    3. Any declaration of intent made to our company using a password will be deemed as the member's own declaration, and all resulting payments and obligations shall be the member's responsibility.

Article 3 (Changes)

  1. Members must promptly notify our company if there are any changes to information on file, such as name or address.
  2. Our company bears no responsibility for any damages arising from failure to update registered information. Furthermore, even if a change is registered, please note that transactions already in progress before the change was registered will proceed based on the pre-change information.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to withdraw, the member must personally complete the withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal takes effect upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal process.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages)

  1. If a member makes a false declaration when applying for membership, fails to pay obligations arising from mail-order purchases, or if any other reason exists that our company deems makes the individual unsuitable as a member, our company may revoke that member's membership.
  2. If a member engages in any of the acts listed in the following items, the member shall be liable to compensate our company for any resulting damages.
    1. Unauthorized use of a member number or password
    2. Accessing this website to falsify information, or sending harmful computer programs to this website to interfere with our company's business operations
    3. Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of products handled by our company
    4. Any other act that violates these Terms

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

  1. In principle, our company will not disclose member information to third parties without the member's prior consent. However, in the cases listed in the following items, our company may disclose member information and other customer information without the member's prior consent.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

  2. Our company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from our website, servers, or domains are free from computer viruses or other harmful elements.
  3. Our company accepts no responsibility for any damages arising from a member's violation of these Terms or related rules.

Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)

Our company may amend these Terms at its discretion and may also establish supplementary rules to these Terms (hereinafter "Supplementary Rules"). Amendments to these Terms or Supplementary Rules shall take effect when the amended Terms or Supplementary Rules are posted on the designated site. In such cases, members shall be bound by the amended Terms and Supplementary Rules.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall be the court of first instance with exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
